Which platform do you work with? +
I work primarily with WordPress and Elementor because it gives me the flexibility to create highly customised websites, while also offering a more accessible price point than some other platforms. It’s a great option for businesses that want a website that can grow and evolve with them. I can also work across platforms such as Squarespace and Wix where they’re the right fit for a project. If you’re not sure which platform is best for you, we can work that out together.
Do I need to provide my own copy and images? +
You’ll need to provide the key information about your business, but I can help shape and refine your content so it works for the website. For imagery, you can supply your own photography or we can work with carefully selected imagery that suits your brand and overall direction.
Can you work with my existing branding? +
Absolutely. If your existing branding still feels right, there’s no need to start again. I can work with what you have and build out the visual elements needed for a more cohesive website. If your brand needs a little more attention, we can also refine or expand it as part of the process.
Will I be able to update my website myself? +
Yes. Your website will be built so you can make everyday updates yourself without needing to rely on a developer. I’ll also walk you through the basics before launch so you feel comfortable managing your site once it’s live.
Do you offer a rebrand or a brand refresh? +
Yes. Not every business needs a completely new identity. Sometimes the existing logo is still right, but the brand needs more structure, consistency or a more considered visual direction. I can work with you to determine whether a refresh, brand expansion or full rebrand is the right approach.
Do you offer ongoing website support? +
Yes. Once your website is live, I can continue to help with updates, changes and design support as needed. Ongoing work is handled at my standard hourly rate, so you can use support when you actually need it rather than committing to a fixed monthly package.
